Responsibilities

1. - Sell and deliver flour products directly to retail outlets using assigned company vehicle or distribution channel
2. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
3. - Manage a designated sales route and ensure all assigned outlets are serviced
4. - Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers
5. - Ensure timely and accurate cash collection and reconciliation (where applicable)
6. - Monitor stock levels in the vehicle and ensure proper inventory management
7. - Ensure correct pricing, product rotation (FIFO), and visibility at customer outlets
8. - Identify and onboard new customers to grow the territory
9. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
10. - Provide daily sales reports, route performance updates, and market insights
